THE PROBLEM
The admin panel ran on hardcoded placeholder data, and coupon/COD logic had race conditions causing order discrepancies at checkout.
THE APPROACH
- Rebuilt the admin panel with live Recharts dashboards fed by a real stats API.
- Fixed coupon race conditions, COD logic, and notification wiring across the order flow.
- Delivered a full visual redesign with a warm, distinctive palette and custom dark-theme UI components.
THE OUTCOME
The admin team now makes decisions from real-time data instead of guesswork, and checkout discrepancies from the coupon race condition were eliminated.
