Engagements
Project scope, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Any changes to scope are handled through a written change request.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of custom code delivered under a project transfers to the client upon final payment. Reusable internal tooling and frameworks remain the property of SaasTechify.
Payments
Payment milestones are defined per project. Late payments may pause active development until resolved.
Support & warranty
Post-launch support terms are defined separately from the initial build and are outlined in the project agreement.
